We accept returns or exchanges of items at ‘The Shadow’; however, a set of protocols must be followed for both our crew and customers to keep the process of return and exchange seamless.

- To ensure the authenticity of the product, the tags and boxes must be retained.
- To validate the purchase, online or offline receipts, and bank statements must be readily provided to initiate the return process.
